Hormone Mapping
We begin by mapping your unique hormonal picture — symptoms, history, cycle patterns, and lifestyle. You can't balance what you haven't understood.
Beyond 'normal range'
Conventional hormone testing flags disease, not imbalance. Functional ranges — where you actually feel well — are narrower. This week you learn why your 'normal' labs don't match how you feel, and what we're actually looking for.
Your hormone assessment
A comprehensive intake covering your symptom history, cycle patterns (if applicable), lifestyle, stress, sleep, and diet. Be honest and specific. Patterns live in the details — 'crashing at 2:30pm the week before my period' is a map, not a complaint.
Your pattern identified
By the end of this week, your practitioner identifies your primary pattern: oestrogen dominance, low progesterone, adrenal-driven imbalance, thyroid involvement, or a combination. Your protocol in Week 2 is built around this specific pattern.
