Week 1 · Learning your body's language

Observation Before Action

This week we change nothing. We observe. Before any protocol begins, you need a clear picture of where you are — your patterns, your rhythms, and the signals your body has been sending all along.

1

Why we start with observation

Most health programmes begin by removing things: foods, habits, comforts. We begin by adding awareness. The reason your past efforts haven't fully worked isn't lack of discipline — it's lack of information. This week you become a student of your own body.

2

Mapping your symptom timeline

Use the timeline worksheet in your portal to trace when each major symptom began. Patterns emerge that you can't see when symptoms are treated individually. The fatigue that started after a stressful job change, the bloating that appeared after antibiotics — these connections are the beginning of root-cause understanding.

3

Your daily rhythm audit

For seven days, log what you eat, when you sleep, your energy at three checkpoints (morning, midday, evening), and your primary symptom. No judgment, no changes — just data. This becomes the baseline we measure every future week against.

Do these daily

Morning check-in
60 seconds: energy 1–10, sleep quality, primary symptom. Log in your portal.
Evening reflection
2 minutes: one thing your body did today that you noticed on purpose.

Sit with these

When did each of your main symptoms first appear? What was happening in your life then?
If your body has been trying to tell you something, what might it be saying?
This week's herb
Chamomile
A gentle introduction to working with plants. One cup of chamomile tea each evening this week — simply to practice the ritual of pause.
Your action this week
Complete your daily rhythm audit all seven days. That's your only task this week.
