Deeper Gut Work
Refreshed from integration week, we return to the gut with the second half of the 4R framework — reinoculation with beneficial bacteria and repair of the gut lining.
Reinoculation done right
Probiotics aren't a one-size-fits-all supplement. This week you learn which strains support your specific picture, why diversity matters more than quantity, and how fermented foods can do much of this work for free.
Fermented foods introduction
If tolerated, we introduce small daily amounts of fermented foods: sauerkraut, kimchi, kefir, or kombucha. Start small — a tablespoon — and build. The live cultures support a diverse, resilient microbiome.
L-glutamine and gut lining repair
L-glutamine is the primary fuel for your intestinal cells. A daily protocol supports the repair of a compromised gut lining. This is often where members with chronic bloating see their biggest shift.
