Root & Reset ($197) is a structured 30-day gut restoration course — a fixed programme you work through at your own pace. It includes meal plans, protocols, and daily guidance but no ongoing personalised practitioner support.

Clarity Monthly ($47/mo) is an ongoing membership with a personalised protocol built for your specific health concerns, weekly practitioner check-ins, daily support, and access to the full content library. It evolves with you as you heal.

VIP Intensive ($997) is our most comprehensive offering — four weeks of dedicated 1:1 practitioner partnership, full intake review, optional lab analysis, a written healing roadmap, and daily support throughout. Limited to 3 clients per month.

Which programme is right for me?

As a general guide: if you have one primary concern and want a clear 30-day protocol, start with Root & Reset. If you want ongoing personalised support that evolves with you, Clarity Monthly. Do I need to be unwell to join?

No. Many Clarity Monthly members join because they want to optimise their health, not recover from something specific. Prevention, energy enhancement, and long-term wellness maintenance are all valid reasons to work with us.

Is this a replacement for medical care?

No — and we will always be clear about this. Dragonfly Natural Healing Co. provides educational wellness support, not medical treatment. We strongly encourage all members to maintain their relationship with their GP or specialist, and to share any significant protocol changes with their healthcare provider.

I have a diagnosed condition (IBS, PCOS, Hashimoto's etc.). Can I still join?

Many of our members have diagnosed conditions and find our programmes genuinely complementary to their medical care. We work holistically around your specific situation. That said, if you have a complex medical history, the VIP Intensive — where a practitioner reviews your full situation individually — is the most appropriate starting point. Always consult your doctor before making significant dietary or lifestyle changes.

Can I take supplements alongside medication?

Some supplements can interact with medications. We always ask about current medications in your intake and will flag any potential interactions. If in doubt, share your supplement protocol with your prescribing doctor before starting.

How do I cancel Clarity Monthly?

You can cancel anytime from your account settings or by emailing us at [email protected]. There is no minimum commitment and no cancellation fee. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period.

Is there a refund policy?

For Root & Reset and VIP Intensive: if you implement the protocol and don't see results, we commit to working with you personally until you do. For Clarity Monthly: cancel anytime with no charge for the following month.

What payment methods do you accept?

All major credit and debit cards via Stripe. Payments are processed securely — we never store your card details. You will receive a Stripe receipt immediately after purchase.

How do I access my member portal?

After purchasing any programme, you will receive an email within 10 minutes with your portal access details. The portal is available at dragonflynaturalhealingco.com/client-portal. Contact us if you haven't received access within 30 minutes of purchase.

Can I access the content on my phone?

Yes. The member portal and all content is fully mobile-responsive. Most members use it primarily from their phone.
