90-min deep intake + full roadmap delivery
Your intensive begins with a 90-minute consultation — the most thorough health intake you've ever had. We map everything: history, symptoms, lifestyle, relationships, stress, sleep, diet, and goals. Within 48 hours of that session, you receive your complete personalised healing roadmap: protocol, supplements, daily practices, and the reasoning behind every recommendation.
Week 2
Protocol activation + first check-in
Your protocol is live. Your 60-minute check-in at the end of week two reviews your first week of implementation: what's responding well, what needs adjustment, questions that came up, and refinements for week three. Unlimited messaging continues throughout — you are never navigating this alone.
Week 3
Deepening + refinement session
By week three, your practitioner has enough data to go deeper. This session focuses on the layers beneath the initial presentation — the patterns, connections, and root drivers that emerge once the surface layer starts to clear. Your protocol is refined and deepened based on your real-time response.
Week 4
Integration + transition planning
Your final live session focuses on integration and sustainability. You receive your long-term maintenance plan, your transition strategy into Clarity Monthly (included in your programme), and a 30-day post-programme check-in call scheduled before you finish.
