Welcome to Dragonfly Natural Healing Co. ("Dragonfly," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our website (dragonflynaturalhealingco.com), enrolling in our programmes, purchasing our courses, subscribing to our memberships, or otherwise using our services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use our Services.

Eligibility

By using our Services, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Our Services are intended for personal, non-commercial use unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing.

Accounts

When you create an account with us, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to maintain and update such information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.

Payments and billing

One-time programmes: Payment for one-time programmes (such as Root Reset and Deep Sleep) is due in full at the time of enrolment and processed securely through Stripe.

Memberships: Clarity Monthly membership fees are billed on a recurring monthly basis. You may cancel your membership at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial months.

Refund policy: Root Reset includes a 60-day money-back guarantee. Deep Sleep includes a 30-day money-back guarantee. Refund requests outside these guarantee periods are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Intellectual property

All content, materials, and resources provided through our Services — including but not limited to programme curricula, protocols, guides, recipes, audio recordings, videos, written content, graphics, logos, and branding ("Content") — are the exclusive property of Dragonfly Natural Healing Co. and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may use Content for your personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any Content without our prior written consent.

User conduct

You agree not to: (a) use our Services for any unlawful purpose; (b) harass, threaten, or harm other members or our staff; (c) share your account credentials or allow others to access programme materials through your account; (d) attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract our programme content or technology; or (e) interfere with or disrupt the operation of our Services.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dragonfly Natural Healing Co. and its owners, practitioners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of our Services. Our total liability for any claim arising from our Services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our Services at any time, without prior notice, if we determine that you have violated these Terms or that your continued access poses a risk to our community or business.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of our Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which Dragonfly Natural Healing Co. is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles.
